The Office of the Municipal Clerk and Registrar of Vital Statistics handles the following for Elk Township:

Services
Notary Services and Licensing of vendors & taxi cabs

Permits
Bingos and raffles, Yard Sales, One day liquor Social, Street Openings and Coin Drop Applications

Registration of dogs
All dogs must be registered each year before the last day of February. Dogs registered on or after March 1st will be charged a late fee. A copy of the rabies certificate is required at the time of registration.
