NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION

TAKE NOTICE that the following Ordinances were passed on first reading by the Township Committee of the Township of Elk at a meeting held on March 5, 2026, and that said ordinances will be further considered for final passage and adoption at a meeting to be held on March 17, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Elk Township Municipal Building, 680 Whig Lane, Monroeville, NJ  08343, at which time any person interested therein will be given the opportunity to be heard.

A full and complete copy of ordinances can be obtained without cost by any member of the general public in the office of the Municipal Clerk and a copy is posted in the Municipal Building.
