On March 20, 2024 Governor Murphy signed into law an amendment to the Fair Housing Act.
As part of this amendment the NJ Dept. of Community Affairs (DCA) requires municipalities to produce non-binding estimates of their obligations. This is the Fourth Round of the Affordable Housing Act. The Township is required to post this resolution on their website for the public to view.
